Beef Tallow
Beef tallow is a versatile, nutrient-rich cooking fat that adds incredible flavour and crispness to your favourite dishes. With its high smoke point, it’s perfect for:
- Frying – Achieve golden, crispy perfection in fries, hash browns, or fried chicken.
- Searing – Lock in flavour and moisture when cooking steaks, burgers, or lamb chops.
- Sautéing – Enhance the taste of vegetables, eggs, or stir-fries with a rich, savory finish.
- Roasting – Coat potatoes, root vegetables, or meats for deep flavour and crisp texture.
- Baking – Use as a butter alternative in pie crusts, biscuits, or homemade tortillas.
For best results, scoop out a spoonful and melt in a pan before cooking. Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy the benefits of this time-honoured cooking fat.
Suggested serving size: 1 heaped Tbsp.

Beef Liver Powder
Raw beef liver has a strong taste that isn't for everyone, but the benefits are undeniable. That's why we've created a convenient dried and powdered option using 100% NZ grass-fed and finished beef liver.
Add 3g (1 tsp) to meals or smoothies. There is no strong taste or feel and if anything, it adds a great umami flavour to savoury meals and drinks.
HOW TO USE
Bone Broth Powder
Sipping: Simply add 2 heaped teaspoons of Bone Broth Powder to a cup of hot water stir until mixed, add a pinch of salt & a slice of fresh ginger. Enjoy.
Cooking: Sprinkle Bone Broth powder straight into meals such as stir fry dishes or spaghetti bolognese. Or add to 250ml of hot water and use as a stock replacement in slow cookers etc.
