Ladies, this cacao recipe will nourish your heart and taste buds, whilst also supporting your mood, energy, hormones, nervous system and more. Our in-house naturopath, medical herbalist and holistic nutritionist hand picked these ingredients to specifically to support women's physical, mental and emotional health.
 

Women's Wellness Protein-Rich Hot Cacao (makes 1 cup)

Ingredients

½ cup unsweetened coconut OR oat milk
½ cup hot water
4-5 Seleno Health organic cacao paste drops (or 1 TBP Cacao Powder)
1-2 tsp. Seleno Health Maca for Women Powder (optional) 
1 tbsp. Mitchells Nutrition Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder 
½ tsp. Vanilla essence 
Pinch of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and salt

Method 

Heat all ingredients in a pot until simmering, stir to combine everything. Remove from heat and then whiz for 2 seconds then serve in your favourite mug and enjoy!
