Ingredients:
- 4 Servings of spaghetti pasta
- 2 Small onions
- 2 - 4 Tbsp Grass-fed butter
- 2 - 3 Cloves fresh garlic
- 700g Grass-fed ground beef
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Cup Mitchells Bone Broth Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp paprika
- 1-2 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp Beef Liver Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1-2 Tbsp dried basil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a pan, sauté onions in butter, add salt, pepper, tomato paste, bone broth, and all spices.
- Let simmer until onions are clear. Stir often to avoid burning.
- Add mince and cook until browned.
- Add crushed tomatoes.
- Stir to combine and let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- While waiting, prepare spaghetti using packet instructions.
