Super delicious and easy raspberry and coconut baked oats, perfect winter breakfast that taste like a yummy treat for the whole family.
Raspberry & Coconut Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients
1 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup of oats
1/4 cup of coconut milk (or any alternative milk)
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
2 scoops of Mitchells Nutrition Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder (Salted Caramel or Chocolate would be delicious too!)
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend untill smooth. Pour into 2 small ramekins or 1 large ramekin and add frozen berries. Bake in the oven for 20mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
