Packed with protein and boosted with functional mushrooms, this smoothie bowl is a perfect, nourishing way to fuel your summer mornings.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (pre-soaked in 1/4 cup water)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp nut butter
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 serve Mitchells Protein SPORT Vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk of choice or water
Topping:
- Sprinkle of granola
- Drizzle of coconut milk
- Fresh fruit (Banana, blueberries, kiwifruit)
Instructions:
- Soak the chia seeds in water in a small bowl and let them swell, stirring occasionally.
- Add banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, nut butter, cinnamon, protein powder and milk/water to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust with more liquid if needed for your desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of coconut milk.
