Packed with protein and boosted with functional mushrooms, this smoothie bowl is a perfect, nourishing way to fuel your summer mornings.

Packed with protein and boosted with functional mushrooms, this smoothie bowl is a perfect, nourishing way to fuel your summer mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (pre-soaked in 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 serve Mitchells Protein SPORT Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice or water

Topping:

  • Sprinkle of granola
  • Drizzle of coconut milk
  • Fresh fruit (Banana, blueberries, kiwifruit)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in water in a small bowl and let them swell, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, nut butter, cinnamon, protein powder and milk/water to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust with more liquid if needed for your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of coconut milk.
