You'll find us making these for breakfast, snacks and desert. Try these fluffy vanilla cakes at your own risk of getting hooked too.
Protein Packed Pancakes (Serves 1)
GF & DF
Ingredeints:
2 tbsp. Mitchells Vanilla Protein Powder - or swap with Chocolate
1 cup gluten free flour - We use brown rice, buckwheat or mix
1 tsp baking Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg - or 1 chia egg (1 tbs chia seeds added 3 tbs water and left to thicken)
1/2 cup milk and/or water
Top with fresh fruit and granola. Poor over maple syrup, rice malt syrup or honey!
