Who doesn't love cookie dough... let alone a delicious way to get in a little more protein in the form of bone broth! Sweetened with dates and protein packed with our Unflavoured Bone Broth Protein Powder, these will not last long!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3tbsp. hemp seeds
- 8-10 dates, soaked & drained
- 4tbsp. almond OR cashew butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 6tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 Serve Unflavoured Bone Broth Protein Powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup dark choc chunks
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients (except chocolate) in a food processor and blend until sticky. Note: this may take a few minutes but if too dry, add a little more coconut oil
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and pop in the fridge for 5-10minutes
- Remove from fridge and stir in chocolate chunks
- Shape into balls (to your size liking)
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks
