Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of gelatine
- 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 cup frozen mango (defrosted)
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons Mitchell's Bone Broth Vanilla Protein
- 2 tablespoons Clover Ferments Turmeric Kvass
Instructions:
- Mix gelatine with orange juice and let it bloom.
- In a blender, place mango, coconut cream and protein powder and blend until smooth.
- In a small saucepan combine the bloomed gelatine with the mango mixture and heat lightly, stirring until the gelatine has dissolved.
- Take off the heat and leave to cool slightly then add the turmeric kvass.
- Pour into moulds and pop in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours until set.
