Gummies are a nourishing and fun way to get gut loving goodness into the whole family!
MAIN RECIPE
1 cup of liquid (pureed fruit, coconut milk/cream, coconut water, coffee, kombucha + 2 tsp Mitchells BB Powder OR Protein Powder)
1.5 tsp Gelatin
1-2 tsp sweetener (optional - start with less, you can always add more)
In a blender, puree liquid of choice
Put the puree and gelatin into a saucepan and heat over a low heat while whisking to combine. Simmer for another 5minutes to thicken, AVOID BOILING.
Pour into moulds or a ceramic/glass baking dish and place in the freezer for 20-30minutes.
Remove from the freezer, slice and store in the fridge.

1 cup frozen mixed berries, slightly defrosted
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
4 tsp Mitchells Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
1.5 tbsp Gelatin
In a blender, puree the slightly defrosted berries with coconut milk water, and bone broth protein powder.
Put the puree and gelatin into a saucepan and heat over a low heat while whisking to combine. Simmer for another 5minutes to thicken, AVOID BOILING.
Pour into moulds or a ceramic/glass baking dish and place in the freezer for 20-30minutes.
Remove from the freezer, slice and store in the fridge.
