Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 3/4 cup water
- Handful ice cubes
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. cacao
- 1 serve Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder (25g of protein)
Optional Extras:
- 2tsp. Chia Seeds
- 2tsp. Mitchells Collagen Peptides
- 1tbsp. Nut Butter
- 2-3tbsp. Granola for topping
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
Add more water to thin, if needed.
