These tasty passion fruit chocolate nutty bombs are soooo good and not to mention fill you up if you’re in need of a snack or a pick me up in the afternoon ! I had one today before my workout and it gave me some good energy to get through my intense barre class.
Collagen Chocolate Bombs
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Cacao1/2 a cup of Almond flour
1/2 a cup of Hazel nut flour
1 large table spoon of Almond butter
5 pitted organic dates
1/4 cup of macadamias .
4 scoops of Mitchells Collagen Powder
1/4 cup of coconut yoghurt.
1 heaped tablespoon of passion fruit powered from Fresh As
Method

Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. .

Pour mixture into ice cube trays (I used large silicone ice cube trays it makes it easier to pop them out).

Crush some extra macadamia nuts and Brazil nuts to push into the centre of the cube. Spread the batter smoothly over the top and place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.

Leave in the fridge until they are all gone (otherwise they’ll melt) 🤤
