Get creative with the kids this long weekend by making these deliciously fun Easter Egg Nests using our Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder.
Nutrition Tip: We used Solomons Gold Chocolate in our recipe - if you want to swap this out for another type of chocolate, we recommend any dark chocolate of your choice.
Ingredients:
- 300g Solomons Gold Dark Chocolate
- 1 ½ scoops of Mitchells Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder
- 5-6 weet-bix (crushed)
- 2x 100g bags of mini eggs
- Cupcake cases
Method:
- Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pot of barely simmering water, add in protein powder once melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the weet-bix and stir well to combine.
- Spoon the chocolate weet-bix into 12 cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a nest shape. Place 3 mini chocolate eggs on top of each nest.
- Chill the nests in the fridge for 2 hrs until set.
