Don’t sleep on this grain free PROTEIN COOKIE! It's a decadent but life changing recipe made using Mitchells Bone Broth Protein Powder.
Paleo Protein Cookie (single serving)
Ingredients
15g protein powder (I used Mitchells Choc Bone Broth Protein, gives the BEST flavour!)
1 Tbsp almond flour
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp smooth nut butter
1 tsp coconut oil melted
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp milk of choice
Salt
Chocolate chips!
Method

Combine all together until it forms a dough (will be on the stickier and gooey side - if using a different protein don’t let it be too dry)!

Add chocolate chips and roll into a ball.

Flatten ever so slightly and bake on a lined tray for 5-7 min at 170 C.

Bake until edges are set and let cool before removing (helps texture) and DEMOLISHING!!!
