Just one bowl, and a bunch of nutrients and yet another way to get the bone broth powder goodness into your body. We just know the simplicity of this will blow your mind.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Flaxseeds (ground)
- 2 tbsp. Brown Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Mitchells Bone Broth Powder
- 1 cup Boiling Water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a large oven tray with baking paper
- In a medium mixing bowl, place ground flaxseeds, brown rice flour, and salt, and whisk until well combined
- Add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and bone broth and whisk to combine
- Pour boiling water into seed mix and stir well, ensuring no dry lumps
- Cover with a clean tea towel and set aside to soak for 15 minutes
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking tray and spread to a thin, even layer Avoid any gaps or holes
- Sprinkle with a little extra Bone Broth Powder, and pop in oven to bake for 40-45 minutes (until golden brown)
- Leave to cool completely before breaking into preferred cracker size pieces
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or cupboard for 1 - 2 weeks
